Can you scan my photographs?

Answer: Yes! Picture collages and DVD photo montages can be made from supplied digital pictures or from scanned traditional photos.

What digital image formats do you accept?

Answer: We accept digital pictures in JPG and TIFF formats.

What size is the final print of my photo collage going to be?

Answer: Your final printed collage is the size of your choice. We offer several print size and canvas choices.

Do the picture collages include framing?

Answer: Our photo collages do not include framing; however, our prints come in standard sizes in which there are many framing options available at your local frame or hobby store.

Can I purchase more picture collages after my personalized collage is completed?

Answer: Yes, additional copies of your finished custom collage may be purchased for a nominal fee; Original Keepsakes also archives your collage for 1 year.

Will you correct photo imperfections, such as red-eye, darkness, etc?

Answer: We can correct some image imperfections, such as red-eye, image brightness, or scratches. Please let us know what kind of retouching you would like on each photo.

Do you alter my original photos?

Answer: No. Your original pictures are NOT cut, destroyed, or harmed in any way.

Can I see my photo collage before it is printed?

Answer: Every customer will be emailed within 3-5 days with a digital proof of the photo collage. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will begin the printing process.

What kind of music can I use in the photo montage?

Answer: We can use any music available for legal purchase. We use Napster to download music legally for you at $1.00 per song. If the music is not legally available for download, we ask that you please provide the music on CD. Your CD will be returned with your order.

Can I have a CD copy of the music you downloaded for my photo montage?

Answer: Because of legal issues with downloading and distributing music, we cannot provide you with a CD copy of music we downloaded for your picture montage.

Will my DVD photo montage play on my DVD player?

Answer: Most DVD players will play your photo montage flawlessly. We test your DVD on different DVD players before we ship it, however, we cannot guarantee it will play in a particular DVD player. Your DVD player must be able to play DVD-R discs.

What are the payment options at OriginalKeepsakes.com?

Answer: Cash, Money Orders, and PayPal payments are accepted. We use Paypal as our credit card processor. NOTE: You do not need a Paypal Account to purchase items using your credit card.

Answer: Shipping and handling charges are based on your order and will be calculated while taking your order.

How long after my order is placed is it completed?

Answer: Most custom photo products including photo collages and DVD montages will be finished within 7 business days; however, this time may vary depending on the complexity of the items ordered. Please note that canvas orders take a few days longer. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you want and/or how quickly you need it.
